Jungle HQ is located in the heart of Prahran, within the iconic Chapel Street precinct. With public transport running along Chapel and High Streets, the gym is easily accessible, with plenty of street parking available nearby.
Our address is 15–17 Regent Street, Prahran 3181.
We pride ourselves on having a welcoming attitude. While the bold black exterior might create a false sense of intimidation, we encourage anyone passing by to pop in, check out the space, and say hello if the doors are open.

What types of memberships does Jungle HQ offer?
Jungle HQ offers a range of flexible membership options, including standard gym access and the exclusive Lagoon Membership, which includes access to our recovery facilities (sauna and cold plunge).
What happens after I fill in the survey questions above?
We will be notified of your interest in Jungle HQ and will be in contact with you ASAP to help you.
Do memberships include lock-in contracts?
We offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle. Our weekly membership has a short 3-month minimum term - just enough time to build solid habits without feeling locked in.
Are there alternative payment options available?
Yes, Absolutely. If you’d rather skip direct debits, we offer upfront memberships for 3, 6, or 12 months, each with built-in savings for committing longer term.
What times can I access Jungle HQ as a member?
Members are given digital key access via their phone, allowing gym entry between 4:30am-10pm.
Do I need to be experienced to become a member?
Not at all. Jungle HQ is for everyone and welcomes all levels of experience. This is not a facility reserved for bodybuilders or advanced athletes. The community at Jungle is made up of friendly, everyday people
Are there group classes?
We’re not a group class facility. Jungle HQ is designed for those who prefer to train independently, with the option of 1-on-1 personal coaching for extra support. Our space is built for focused, self driven training - without the distractions of large groups or scheduled classes.
Can I schedule a gym tour or enquire further?
Of course! We’d be happy to show you around and walk you through the facility in person. Just give us a call, send a text, or shoot through an email with your request, and we’ll line up a time that suits you.
Can I try Jungle HQ before committing?
Yes - we are offering a 7 Day Premium Pass with a no-fee opt out option if you decide we aren't the right fit for you and vice versa.
